The information warfare research project (iwrp)
GDI is a member of the IWRP which established an Other Transaction Agreement (OTA) to engage industry and academia to develop and mature technologies in the field of Information Warfare to enhance Navy and Marine Corps mission effectiveness. The IWRP seeks to mature technologies in the areas of Cyber Warfare, Assured Communications, Cloud Computing, Assured Command and Control, and many other areas. THE NAVAL SURFACE TECHNOLOGY & INNOVATION CONSORTIUM (NSTIC)
GDI is a member of the NSTIC which established an OTA to engage industry to develop and mature technologies for Naval surface innovation. The NSTIC facilitates naval surface technology innovation to provide research, development, test and evaluation, analysis, integration and certification of complex naval warfare systems across a broad range of systems-related areas and disciplines including Cyber, Autonomous and Unmanned Systems, Virtualization, Threat Engineering, Mission Engineering and Analysis, and many other areas. GDI is an approved teammate of the GTRI on the DoD IAC MAC. GDI is an approved teammate of PARSONS for the Naval Information Warfare Command (NIWC) Atlantic Transport and Computing Infrastructure (TCI) Pillar contract. This contract supports the full system lifecycle including research, development, test, evaluation, production and fielding of sustainable, secure, survivable, and interoperable Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Combat Systems, Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance (C5ISR), Information Operations, Enterprise Information Services (EIS) and Space capabilities. The TCI Portfolio encompasses the Ashore, Afloat, Mobile, Joint, Federal, and Coalition Infrastructure business areas to include communications, satellite and joint space communications, networks, NETOPs, network management, common computing environment, infrastructure to include all hardware and software components, cloud computing, afloat data centers and server hosting environments, consolidated Network components, and wireless networking.
