We apply program and project management principles, based on industry best practices (e.g., PMBOK® and ITIL), to support the planning, development, prioritization, and tracking of activities across a portfolio. DoD Acquisition Strategy and Management Services
GDI provides expert services across the DoD’s core decision support systems of the Defense Acquisition System, Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS), and the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) system for all Acquisition Category (ACAT) level programs. This includes concept development, JCIDS documents, DoDAF artifacts, capability based assessments, technical writing, and Program Objective Memorandum (POM) and budgeting support.

GDI uses industry best practice facilitation processes, bridging stakeholders, and program sponsors together to drive results. This includes planning and implementing highly interactive facilitated sessions bringing together cross-functional stakeholder groups and transforming divergent concepts and viewpoints into a shared vision. These sessions are used to accelerate breakthrough decisions, quickly transform decisions into actionable plans, drive initiatives, and mitigate programmatic risks.
